- You acknowledge that the underlying AI technology, platform, and intellectual property remain the property of VidOne and its licensors.
- You retain ownership of the videos you generate using our service. VidOne grants you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your generated content for any purpose, including commercial use.
- You grant VidOne a limited license to use your generated content for service improvement, marketing materials, and showcase galleries (unless you opt out in your settings).
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using VidOne:
- Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Generating videos for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes
- Creating deepfakes or misleading content intended to harm, defame, or deceive others
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or proprietary technology
- Interfering with service security, bypassing usage limits, or conducting automated scraping or data harvesting
- Using the service to generate content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Pricing and Payments
- VidOne offers free credits for AI video generation, with optional paid plans for additional credits and features
- All purchases are final. However, if you experience technical issues or service problems, we are committed to finding a fair resolution, which may include additional credits, service extension, or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details
- Prices for premium features and credit packages are subject to change with advance notice to users
- You agree to pay all charges associated with any premium services, subscriptions, or credit purchases you select
- Unused credits may expire according to the terms specified in your plan
- Failed video generations due to technical errors will not consume credits. If credits are pre-deducted, they will be automatically refunded to your account
