- You acknowledge that the underlying AI technology, platform, and intellectual property remain the property of sorax.io and its licensors.
- You retain ownership of the videos you generate using our service. SoraX grants you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your generated content for any purpose, including commercial use.
- You grant SoraX a limited license to use your generated content for service improvement, marketing materials, and showcase galleries (unless you opt out in your settings).
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using SoraX:
- Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Generating videos for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes
- Creating deepfakes or misleading content intended to harm, defame, or deceive others
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or proprietary technology
- Interfering with service security, bypassing usage limits, or conducting automated scraping or data harvesting
- Using the service to generate content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

- You agree to pay all charges associated with any premium services, subscriptions, or credit purchases you select
- Unused credits may expire according to the terms specified in your plan
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, infringes on third-party rights, or is otherwise detrimental to the service or community.
Disclaimer of Warranties
